1. Online Store Terms

2. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
All orders are made by hand, to specification, and are considered pre-order purchases. Pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable for change of mind, delivery delays, or any other circumstances except manufacturing defects as outlined in our Return Policy.

- Made-to-Order: Each product is custom-manufactured specifically for you
- Production Timeline: Pre-order items are typically shipped within 4-6 months from purchase date
- Final Sale: All pre-order purchases are final with no refunds or cancellations except for manufacturing defects
- Payment: Full payment required upfront to reserve your unit in the production queue
- Communication: Regular updates provided throughout production process
Defect Exception: Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for full refund or replacement as detailed in our Return Policy. This is the only circumstance under which pre-order refunds are available.
3. Reservation Terms
By placing a reservation for any Audima Labs product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Reservation Deposit: Your payment is a deposit to reserve the product. It does not constitute a completed purchase or guarantee product availability.
- Deposit Flexibility: The deposit amount, retail price, and other details are subject to change.
- Refund Policy: The deposit is fully refundable until manufacturing numbers are finalised for the respective batch. Customers will be notified prior to this point to decide whether to proceed or request a refund.
- Delivery Timeline: All products are made to order and thus subject to change and adjustments based on production schedules and supply chain factors.
- Updates & Communication: By reserving, you agree to receive updates and communications related to your reservation.
- Launch Participation & Transferability: To claim your reservation benefits (including discounted pricing and early access), you must complete your purchase during the designated launch window, as communicated via email. If you miss the launch entirely, your reservation does not guarantee product availability in future batches. At our discretion, we may offer to transfer your reservation to a subsequent batch, subject to updated timelines, availability, and pricing. It is your responsibility to ensure you are receiving our communications and to act within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for missed opportunities due to unmonitored inboxes, spam filters, or communication delivery failures.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policies are detailed in our comprehensive Return Policy. Key points include:

- Manufacturing defects: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
- Change of mind: No refunds available
- Delivery delays: No refunds available
- All other circumstances: No refunds available
- Pre-Orders: No refunds or cancellations except for manufacturing defects
- Reservations: Full refund available until manufacturing begins
- Defective Items: Report manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information once dispatched
- International Orders: May be subject to customs duties and taxes (customer responsibility)
- Delivery Issues: Report problems within 7 days of expected delivery
- Address Changes: Contact us immediately if address changes are needed
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds. Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by supply chain factors beyond our control.
6. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to conform to technical requirements of various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from us.
